There are several ways our research can be valuable to practicing teachers.

Lesson Plans: Use our lesson plans to start a conversation about science teaching, learning, and scientists (elementary and middle/high school).

Action Research: Learn how you can use drawings as a source of data in your action research.

Try It: Explore your own ideas about science education through drawings.

Note that a major goal of this website is to provide an example of how drawings can be used as evidence in science education research. For interested eductors and researchers we've provided a description of our research methodology and a detailed set of coding examples for our scoring rubric. Ideas and information presented here expand upon our published work and conference presentations.
